Savannah Brown                   LTD, FC, & EL Summer Camp Coach

I started diving in November of 2015 during my Sophomore year of high school.  Before I began diving, I was a competitive gymnast for nearly 14 years.  I had to end my gymnastics career because of a back injury.  I knew I still wanted to flip and put all of my gymnastics training to good use, so I began my new journey as a diver here at Atlantic Coast Diving.

During my time at Atlantic Coast, I competed at the Zone B championship, and I competed at High School State Championships twice.  At my first state championship meet in 2016, I placed 11th place.  At my second state meet I placed 6th.  I trained all three events and competed in all of them at AAU Red, White, and Blue Nationals.  It was an amazing experience to be able to compete among such talented divers.

On top of all this, I have been coaching diving since the fall of 2016.  So, I have experience with kids from the ages 4 all the way through high school.  I absolutely love coaching kids, because I always love to see their passion at such a young age, and I hope to keep building their love and passion for the sport!

I started to look at diving in college my junior year of high school and went on many official visits to schools during my senior year.  In 2017, I committed to dive at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, which is where I am at school now.  I had to redshirt this season, due to a hip surgery, but I will start my college diving career this fall!
