Level 1: Foundations of Diving 

(formerly Learn to Dive) 

  • Parts of the Dive to Master: Take off & Entry
  • Practice Expectation: Two days per week - One Dryland & One Water
  • Competition Expectation: Team Evaluations

(Optional): Advanced Foundations of Diving

  • Parts of the Dive: Take off & Entry as well as Connection, Spot, & Come Out
  • Practice Expectation: Four days per week - Two Dryland & Two Water
  • Competition Expectation: Team Evaluations

Level 2: Pre-Team

(formerly Future Champions Tier 1) 

  • Parts of the Dive: Connection, Spot, Come Out
  • Practice Expectation: Three days per week - One Dryland & Two Water
  • Competition Expectation: Team Evaluations & Optional Invitationals 

Level 3: Future Champions

(formerly Future Champions Tier 1+ & Tier 2)

  • Parts of the Dive: Approach & Adjust
  • Practice Expectations: Four days per week - Two Dryland & Two Water
  • Competition Expectation: Team Evaluations & Mandatory Invitationals

Level 4: Junior Olumpic 

  • All Parts of the Dive have been mastered
  • Qualification for this group requires five (5) voluntary dives & three (3) optional dives - equivalent to USA Diving JO Group C (12-13 age group) requirements
  • Practice Expectations: Five days per week - Two Dryland & Three Water
  • Competition Expectations: Mandatory Invitationals & Mandatory Qualification Meets
