We are excited to kick off the

2024 High School Diving season!

    We are proud to host high school diving practices and dual meets for St. John's County High Schools Bartram Trail, Beachside, Creekside, Nease, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, and Tocoi Creek. Below is all the information you will need to know regarding HS diving with Atlantic Coast Diving Jax. We hope that you all have a great season!

Membership Fees/Tuition

   The St. John's County schools do not pay for diving training, so we ask that our High School divers join our club team. By registering with the club team, you are committing to two days per week at $208/month (mandatory for participation in meets/postseason) for August, September, and October. Divers who qualify on to the championship season (Districts, Regionals, and States) will be charged a prorated fee for the beginning of November to cover the last couple weeks of training.

   Divers are welcome to join us for dryland practices for an additional fee. To choose an additional day, please select High School 3 Days/Week ($276). Divers may not use a dryland practice as a makeup lesson for missing one of their mandatory water practices.

Waivers of Liability - ACD Jax

    By registering for the team, you are accepting all waivers of liability for ACD Jax, including the dryland facility as well as the ACD Jax Team Handbook, which outlines how our team operates and behavior guidelines for both divers and parents. The forms will be emailed once you're finished with the online registration so you can print, sign, and return to the ACD Coaches. Divers without their signed waivers will not be allowed to participate until they have turned them into Coach Nathan.

USA Diving Athlete Membership

    Divers will also need to purchase a USA Diving Athlete Membership. You will need to be linked to our program by using the club code 6696. The membership is $40. You will receive a confirmation email once the membership has been purchased. In the confirmation email, there will be a membership card and number. If you'd like, you are more than welcome to forward us that email so that we have your diver's membership number.

      Should a diver choose to continue diving after the high school season, this membership will allow them to participate in the USA Diving Meets we will attend as a club team.

     If your athlete's name does not appear on our list of approved divers, we will not be able to let them participate in any practices until they have their membership.

High School Schedule

    Dual meets will be held at The Bolles School. Days and times will be based on each schools swim meet schedule and posted online, through the calendar, and in the 2022 FHSAA GroupMe thread. See schedule below. 

Communication

    Our program uses the app GroupMe for all our primary communication. Through this app, we can have group conversations as well as private messaging. If you do not have the app, please consider downloading it. You will receive text messages if you do not have the app, but you will not have full access to the thread.

   Once your diver has filled out and signed all the waivers, registered with the team, and purchased the USA Diving membership, we will add your contact information into the 2022 High School GroupMe thread. Please make sure to share the GroupMe thread with anyone who may be responsible for dropping off or picking up your athlete.

Post Season Diving

    Any divers wishing to continue diving after the HS season are more than welcome to join our club program and train with us!
