North Florida LDA Clinic – Largo, Fl. November 19th & 20th
We currently have nine (9) divers signed up for the LDA Clinic in Largo on the 19th and 20th – Jess Farrell (Kimberly Farrell – Chaperone), Savannah Brown (Celese Jones - Chaperone), Sidney and Riley Brubaker, Natalie Johnson, Ava Brinkman (Andrea Brinkman – Chaperone), Lucy Rosario, Zya Gibbs, and Kaylee Carolan. If you have signed up and I don’t have your name down or you are a parent who can chaperone but are not listed, please let me know.
I highly encourage everyone who is available to join us for this clinic! Our divers will have a chance to dive with many of the coaches in our Association. We have some outstanding coaches who specialize in many different dives and dive directions so if you are looking for help on your twisters in particular there will be an expert coach to help you!
Divers from ALL of our groups (Yes, FC’s and LTD’s are welcome!) are welcome and encouraged to participate. We have the YCF Christmas Invite coming up in the beginning of December and this would be a perfect opportunity to get in some more three meter, learn some new dives, or just train the dives you currently have for the meet.
The cost for the Clinic is $100. That includes two full days of practices (2 practices per day) as well as lunch on both days. To register click this link. Divers attending will need to have the Competitive Blue USA Diving Membership. To join, click this link! Our Club Code is 6696.
We have a few Parents acting as Chaperones who are able to transport your child to and from the clinic as well as room with them for those who can’t take their diver themselves! Thank you Chaperones! If your diver would like to attend but you can’t get them down there, please let me know and I will arrange for them to travel and stay with one of our chaperones.

This years United States Aquatic Sports Convention will be in Atlanta, Ga. from September 21st-25th. The USAS Convention represents USA Swimming, USA Diving, USA Synchro, USA Water Polo, and US Masters at the world level (FINA). The annual convention raises a significant amount of money that supports the teams in international competition.
Coach Courtney will be representing the North Florida Diving Association as a Coach and will have the opportunity vote on important changes to USA Diving. Our Junior Olympic Diver, Savannah Brown, will also be attending the convention as an Athlete Representative. Savannah will also have the opportunity to sit in on important meetings regarding the future of USA Diving as well as vote for changes.
Coach Courtney's practices for this week (Wednesday, September 21st through Friday, September 23rd) may be altered, however, we are trying our best to keep practices running as normal while she is away.
